You will receive a digital Streaming Choice Card from our partner MyBundle.TV that can be used for new streaming services or to pay for current streaming subscriptions.

When you upgrade your speeds, you will receive a set dollar amount in credit each month from MyBundle.TV, depending on your plan. Any unused credits will not roll over from month to month.

Once you update your plan and have stayed active on your new speeds for one month of service you will receive an email from MyBundle.TV with your digital streaming credits and instructions on how to get started.

Yes, credits can be used towards your existing streaming platforms. Simply register your MyBundle.TV account to access your virtual streaming card. Apply the card to your streaming service like a normal debit or credit card.

No, any unused credits will not be rolled over to next month.

If you downgrade your service to a tier within the streaming credit offer, you will be downgraded to that tier amount. If you downgrade your service to a tier outside the offer, you will forfeit your credit.

How to Redeem Your Streaming Credit

Receive your activation email from MyBundle.

Visit MyBundleTV and create a free account. Make sure to use the email address that you provided when signing up for your Internet service.

3. Choose Your Streaming Application (Optional)

Select your preferred streaming services on MyBundleTV.

4. Redeem Your Streaming Credit

Use your streaming rewards card to sign up for new services or pay for existing streaming subscriptions.

5. Monitor Your Usage

Track your streaming credit usage and discover new streaming options through MyBundleTV.
